Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 kilo of pear baby
  • 300 grams of Serrano ham
  • 150 grams of blue cheese
  • 1 bunch of thyme

    Preparation

    Cut the serrano ham into thin strips.
    Cut the baby pears in quarters along and cover them with the serrano ham strips.
    Crumble the blue cheese over the pears and decorate with a sprig of thyme.

    Peras . La pera se puede emplear para preparar agua , pie , en hojaldre ,ensalada y para  botana es nuevo .Se me antoja .
