Ingredients

  • 350 grams of mozzarella cheese cut into thin slices
  • olive oils
  • 1/4 of Cup of basil leaf Finely chopped
  • 4 pieces of tomato ripe, seedless, cut into thin slices
  • 12 pieces of phyllo pasta or a commercial for spring rolls
  • Salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Put the slices of cheese on a plate, salt, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle the basil. Mix everything and let marinate for 1 hour in a cool place.
    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Put a little basil on each sheet of pasta and spread the drained mozzarella cheese and sliced ​​tomato. Roll the pasta sheets to form the spring rolls. Lightly soak in olive oil, and bake for 10 minutes.
    Serve them hot.

    TIPS
