Ingredients

4 portions
  • 350 grams mozzarella cheese, cut into thin slices
  • olive oils
  • 1/4 cups basil leaf, Finely chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, ripe, seedless, cut into thin slices
  • 12 phyllo pasta, or a commercial for spring rolls
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Put the slices of cheese on a plate, salt, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle the basil. Mix everything and let marinate for 1 hour in a cool place.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Put a little basil on each sheet of pasta and spread the drained mozzarella cheese and sliced ​​tomato. Roll the pasta sheets to form the spring rolls. Lightly soak in olive oil, and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve them hot.

TIPS

Phyllo pasta should be used quickly if it does not dry. While you are occupying the sheets you can keep them moist with a damp cloth.
