Ingredients

4 portions
  • 190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 6 bell pepper, of colors
  • 1/2 kilos ground beef, of pork
  • 1 branch sage
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup mashed tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic, meat, sage branch and add the tomato puree, cook until it boils and add the Philadelphia® cream cheese. Season to taste.
Cut the top of the pepper, remove the seeds and cut in half. Fill with the meat mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C and serve.
