Rich and nutritious portobellos stuffed with turkey and cheese bacon. A delight to eat as a main course or as an entrance. They are a variety of very colorful and large mushrooms, which gives them the perfect presentation to share with everyone.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 10 portobello mushrooms, medium
  • 250 grams turkey bacon
  • 6 cambray onions
  • 10 slices manchego cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

In a sarteneta melt the butter, sauté the onion with everything and tail.
Add the chopped turkey bacon seasoning to taste.
Preheat the oven, place the clean, stemless portobellos on a baking sheet.
To fill the portobellos with the salpimentada preparation, to cover with the lamellae of manchego and to bake until they are soft and crunchy.
