Preparation
On a surface with flour, spread the dough to a thickness of .5 mm. Refrigerate
In which refrigeras cut the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into slices of 1 cm.
Cut the dough into 15x15 cm squares. Varnish the shore with egg.
Arrange the tomatoes and cheese interspersed.
Sprinkle some coarse salt, fine herbs, pepper. And a splash of olive oil.
Put the oven rack on top and bake at 200ºC for 12 minutes.
Serve immediately.
