Prepare this delicious tomato and mozzarella cake. It is a different way to serve the traditional capresse salad. Your family will love it!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 450 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • coarse salt
  • fine herbes
  • black pepper
  • olive oils

Preparation

On a surface with flour, spread the dough to a thickness of .5 mm. Refrigerate
In which refrigeras cut the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into slices of 1 cm.
Cut the dough into 15x15 cm squares. Varnish the shore with egg.
Arrange the tomatoes and cheese interspersed.
