Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 2 slices panela cheese
  • 200 grams chicken breast, roasted (cooked without oil)
  • 2 slices avocado
  • 2 slices tomtato
  • lettuce, to taste
  • mustard, to taste
  • salt, and black pepper

Preparation

Pepper the flattened and pitted chicken breasts. Cover with mustard to taste. Cook them in a pan and when they are well cooked, cut them into fajitas.
Heat the flour tortillas. Put a slice of panela cheese and some chicken fajitas. Add avocado, tomato and lettuce to taste.
Roll so that the ingredients do not come out. Put back in the comal.
