Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams corn dough
  • enough Water
  • 1 tablespoon lard
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 cups chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 tablespoons onion
  • 1/2 cups Don Danny Herdez® sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough lettuce
  • enough fresh cheese, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl mix the corn dough, water, butter and salt, and knead until fully integrated.

In a comal, roast the chalupas on both sides.
