Ingredients

3 servings
  • 15 pieces of chicken wing Clean and split in two.

  • 1/4 of Cup of English sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of White vinegar
  • 1/4 of Cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese powdered
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1/3 of Cup of Apple vinager
  • 1 tablespoon of pequin pepper powdered
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of paprika hot spicy
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of spicy sauce
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of Salt
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
    Cook the wings with water, garlic and onion in a saucepan at medium heat. For 20 minutes Remove from the water and reserve.
    Mix the oil and butter in a bowl and bathe the wings with this mixture. Stretch the wings in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    For parmesan, mix the garlic powder with the parmesan cheese and reserve.
    For the buffalo sauce, add all the ingredients in a medium pot mix perfectly and let it thicken for 10 minutes. Reserve and cool.
    Remove the wings from the tray, divide them into 3 parts and bathe them with the respective flavors, serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in an extended dish and accompany with the dressing of your choice.

    TIPS

    You can bake the wings from raw at 180 ° C, you just have to take care of them so they do not burn.
