Preparation
Cut the chicken breast into 3cm cubes (1.18 inch), help yourself with your knives and chopping boards.
Cut the peppers, the leek and the onion in the same way.
Assemble the skewers alternating chicken and vegetables.
Prepare the sauce by mixing in a small saucepan, sugar, spices, mirin and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over low heat and let the sauce reduce to two thirds.
Season the skewers and sprinkle a little oil. Cook the brochettes on a grill and during cooking spread the skewers with a little sauce.
