Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of chicken breast skinless and pitted
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 Cup of Corn Flakes cereal crushed
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan cheese fine grated
  • 1 can of milk cream large, 295 grams
  • 2 cups of pineapple finely cut
  • 4 spoonfuls of mustard
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey
  • 1/2 Cup of barbecue sauce

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (425 ° F) and grease two baking tins. Flatten the chicken breasts with the fist of your hand until they are the same thickness. Cut the chicken into 3 x 3 cm pieces.
    In a medium bowl, mix the chicken pieces with the oil and salt until the chicken is impregnated with oil. In a deep dish combine Corn Flakes Cereal and Parmesan cheese.
    Pass the chicken pieces, one at a time, through this mixture, pressing the chicken well so that it is completely covered. Organize the chicken strips already ready on the baking tin.
    Take to the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked on the inside and browned. In a blender mix half of the can of Cream of Milk with pineapple, mustard and honey and incorporate well. In a small bowl mix the rest of the Cream of Milk with the BBQ sauce and the tomato sauce.
    Serve the chicken fingers accompanied with the salsitas.
