Ingredients

  • 1 bag Buffalo Boneless Tyson®
  • 1 bag Buffalo Wings Tyson®
  • 1 bag BBQ Wings Tyson®
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 2 teaspoons fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 branches celery
  • ground garlic, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Put Buffalo Boneless Tyson®, Buffalo Wings Tyson® and BBQ Wings Tyson® in a refractory.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cut the carrots and celery into strips.
Chop the cilantro and chilies.
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, cilantro, chili, salt, pepper and garlic.
