Ingredients

24 portions
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 12 seedless prunes
  • 12 canned clam, or in its shell
  • 2 tablespoons English sauce
  • ground black peppers
  • tabasco sauce

Preparation

Remove the clams from their shells or drain the can. Put the English sauce and ground pepper. Place them inside the plum.
Cut each slice of bacon in three parts and wrap each of the prunes with them.
Heat a frying pan and brown the bacon .
