A very sophisticated snack in its flavor but simple to prepare are Cucumbers with Anchovies. It will take you less than 20 minutes to prepare it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cucumber, cut into thick slices (you can leave the skin if you want)
  • 1 can canned anchovy
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • olive oils
  • oregano

Preparation

Split the anchovy fillets and the cherry tomatoes in half.
Put the slices of cucumber in a platter, on top of it arrange half an anchovy fillet and half a cherry tomato. Stick a stick to stop.
Pour a little olive oil and sprinkle some oregano.
