Preparation
Split the anchovy fillets and the cherry tomatoes in half.
Put the slices of cucumber in a platter, on top of it arrange half an anchovy fillet and half a cherry tomato. Stick a stick to stop.
Pour a little olive oil and sprinkle some oregano.
