Preparation
Cook the eggs for 10 minutes in boiling water, after passing them through cold water, peel them and split them in half. Half of the yolks place them in a bowl and the other half chop finely and reserve it.
In a pan put a little oil and fry the onion and garlic. Add the tomato, cook for 5 minutes, cook the tuna and season to taste, add half of the yolks and the cilantro to mix and let cool.
Fill the egg halves with the mixture, and with the finely chopped yolks sprinkle over the eggs.
