I share my recipe for eggs to the flag, I hope you enjoy it a lot and like it. It is very easy to do it will take you 15 minutes. It is ideal for meetings with friends.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cans tuna in water
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, milled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • olive oils
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preparation

Cook the eggs for 10 minutes in boiling water, after passing them through cold water, peel them and split them in half. Half of the yolks place them in a bowl and the other half chop finely and reserve it.
In a pan put a little oil and fry the onion and garlic. Add the tomato, cook for 5 minutes, cook the tuna and season to taste, add half of the yolks and the cilantro to mix and let cool.
Fill the egg halves with the mixture, and with the finely chopped yolks sprinkle over the eggs.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a tray for everyone to take their portion.

TIPS

Serve cold.
