Ingredients

10 portions
  • 4 cans tuna, in salad
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • vegetal oil
  • chipotle chilies, to taste

Preparation

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and soften. It can be with a fork, a mixer, whatever you have on hand.
Add the tuna and chipotle to the cream cheese and stir. While the ingredients are integrated, rectify the amount of chipotle.
Distribute the mixture among all the tortillas, placing it in the center.
To form the rolls, the right and left sides of the tortilla are taken and placed in the center carefully and covering the mixture. Then the lower part is taken to cover the previous folds. Finally, everything is covered with the upper part and held with one or more toothpicks.
Put a pan over medium-high heat with enough oil, about an inch or two.
Place the rolls, face down, that fit in the pan. Fry until golden brown, taking care not to burn.
Remove the rolls from the oil and place them on a plate with absorbent napkins to drain the excess oil.
Repeat steps 6 and 7 until all are finished.

PRESENTATION

Serve at the moment. You can decorate with some of the vegetables you used, green leaves and chipotle sauce.
