The Empanadas de Cazón are a classic of Mexican cuisine. Try this recipe and you'll see how easy it is to make dogfish empanadas at home.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cube of Knorr ® Shrimp broth
  • 3 teaspoons of Mayonnaise Hellman's® Mayonnaise dressing
  • 450 grams of dogfish 150 grams approximately each steak
  • 1 piece of red bell pepper Chop them in cubes without seeds
  • 2 pieces of chilaca chili pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of parsley chopped
  • 12 pieces of Empanada dough
  • 1 teaspoonful of olive oil
  • 1 piece of egg cooked chopped
  • 1 piece of egg Whisk the egg

    Preparation

    Heat the olive oil and lightly sauté the onion with the pepper and chilacas.
    Add the dogfish, cook it well and crumble it, season with the cube of Knorr® Shrimp Broth. Mix well.
    Add the parsley and remove from heat, let cool well.
    Once the filling is cold, mix the Hellman's® Mayonnaise dressing and add the boiled egg.
    Fill the empanadas discs and close by lightly varnishing the edge with egg and pressing with a fork.
    Place on a baking tray, varnish the surface with egg and bake at 180 ° for 15 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve them accompanied by cream, lettuce and sauce.
