To make this recipe, I took some iceberg lettuce from my fridge, a can of tuna, flour, egg and milk. Some spongy and delicious donuts that I presented to the diners in an original way, on skewers and accompanied by lemon mayonnaise with capers.

Preparation
Peel, chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with a tablespoon of oil. Chop the lettuce and mix it in a bowl with the onion sautéed, the tuna drained and crumbled. Add the beaten eggs and salt and pepper. Pour the milk and mix. Add the flour together with the baking powder in the form of rain.
Mix well the preparation to avoid the formation of lumps obtaining a slightly thick cream. Pour this preparation of a tablespoons in a pan with plenty of hot oil to obtain the fritters. Turn them over so that they cook and brown evenly.
Drain them in a tray with absorbent paper so they remain dry. Thread them on skewers alternating with pieces of fresh iceberg lettuce. Accompany skewers of mayonnaise with lemon and capers.
