The first thing is to drain the tuna, it works better if it is on top of the can.
Although we can resort to the dressings that we will find in the supermarket, in this recipe I include my version of the delicious dressing of mustard and honey. In a jar that we can cover, we put canola oil, olive oil, white vinegar, mustard, honey and salt. Cover and shake vigorously until an emulsion forms.
Place the toast on an extended plate and, depending on each person's taste, add a little mayonnaise.
Once drained the tuna, place on the toast, taking care not to damage them. Squeeze a little lemon and pour plenty of mustard and honey on the tuna.
Avocado slices and chips of chipotle chili are placed on toast.
