Ingredients

4 portions
  • 160 grams tuna in water
  • 50 grams chipotle chili, marinated
  • 8 corn tortilla chip , baked
  • 2/3 cups canola oil
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, with seeds
  • 3 tablespoons bee honey
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 avocado
  • mayonnaise, to taste
  • 2 lemons

Preparation

The first thing is to drain the tuna, it works better if it is on top of the can.
Although we can resort to the dressings that we will find in the supermarket, in this recipe I include my version of the delicious dressing of mustard and honey. In a jar that we can cover, we put canola oil, olive oil, white vinegar, mustard, honey and salt. Cover and shake vigorously until an emulsion forms.
Place the toast on an extended plate and, depending on each person's taste, add a little mayonnaise.
Once drained the tuna, place on the toast, taking care not to damage them. Squeeze a little lemon and pour plenty of mustard and honey on the tuna.
Avocado slices and chips of chipotle chili are placed on toast.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the plate with the rest of the dressing in the center and some lemons cut.

TIPS

This is my quick and economical version, but we can still add shrimp to the tuna and the toasts will be luxurious.
