Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo shellfish, (oysters)
  • 2 cups corn oil, or olive
  • 2 onions, large, sliced ​​julienne
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 6 leaves bay (laurel), girls
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt, or to taste

Preparation

In the hot oil the onion is fried with the garlic.
Add the bay leaf, pepper, garlic salt and vinegar.
Let it season for about five minutes, add the oysters and let it boil.
Remove from heat and let cool.
