Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams smoked salmon, drained
  • 3 tablespoons fresh scallion, chopped
  • 150 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 baguette bread
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Cut the salmon to make thin and small cuts. Add the scallion, cheese and lemon juice.
Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Try, season to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour (may be less, this is so that it is well impregnated with flavor).
Cut the baguette bread into slices of approximately 1 centimeter and place in the electric oven to brown them a little.
Serve the salmon on the slices of bread.
