Ingredients

4 servings
  • 200 grams of smoked salmon drained
  • 3 spoonfuls of fresh scallion chopped
  • 150 grams of Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1 piece of baguette bread
  • Salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Cut the salmon to make thin and small cuts. Add the scallion, cheese and lemon juice.
    Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
    Try, season to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour (may be less, this is so that it is well impregnated with flavor).
    Cut the baguette bread into slices of approximately 1 centimeter and place in the electric oven to brown them a little.
