Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can sardine, in tomato sauce
  • 12 slices box bread
  • mayonnaise
  • butter
  • manchego cheese, grated
  • 4 egg whites
  • 3 tomatoes, for the sauce
  • 1/2 onions, for the sauce
  • 4 serrano peppers, for the sauce

Preparation

The edge of the bread is removed, flattened and spread with mayonnaise, put a sardine (which puts lemon juice) is closed and browned in a little butter, beat the whites to the point of snow and dip the taquitos there.
They are put on a plate when you have finished doing all, put the cheese and baked to gratine the cheese.
Sauce: Chop the tomato, onion and chili served on the tacos.
