Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos puff pastry
  • 2 cans sardine, in oil
  • 150 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fine herbes

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Spread the puff pastry in a cake pan and chop the bottom with a fork so that it does not inflate at the time of baking.
Drain the sardines and remove the thorns if they contain.
Put them in a bowl and add the cheese, garlic and fine herbs. Crush with a fork to mix everything well.
Put the filling on the cake. Bake for 25 minutes and serve hot with a fresh green salad.
