Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 kilo big shrimp, raw
  • 150 grams manchego cheese
  • 250 grams bacon, in slices
  • 1 onion, cut into large cubes
  • 2 poblano peppers, cut into large cubes

Preparation

The shrimp are peeled only leaving the tail, then, they are opened from behind making a small slit to put a strip of cheese.
They are wrapped with half a slice of bacon, they are punctured on the skewer, sandwiching the onion and the chiles.
They roast the plate on both sides, you can accompany them with white wine and a vegetable salad and enjoy.
