These skewers with shrimp are a delight to prepare on a barbecue.

Preparation
Remove the shell from the shrimp and leave the tail. Cut them into a butterfly shape and spread them on the skewer sticks (3 in each)
Heat the grill. In a bowl mix all the ingredients to marinate shrimp, soy, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, peanut oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Put the skewers on each side for two minutes. Serve on a platter, you can add a little chopped parsley on top to make them look prettier.
