These kabobs with shrimp are an ideal delicacy to prepare on a barbecue.

Preparation
Remove the shell from the shrimp and leave the tail. Cut them into a butterfly shape and thread them onto the skewer sticks (3 each)
Heat the grill. In a bowl mix all the ingredients to marinate the shrimp, soy, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, peanut oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Put the skewers on each side for two minutes. Serve on a plate, you can add a little chopped parsley on top to make them look more beautiful.
