Preparation
Cook the eggs in boiling water for approximately 12 minutes.
Peel and chop finely. Do the same with piquillo peppers and onions, reserve.
Clean the shrimp, rinse and cut into small pieces.
In a bowl pour the bottle of Clemente Jacques apple vinegar, ¾ bottle of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and a little broth from the jar of piquillo peppers.
Integrate the other ingredients and rectify the seasoning.
Plasticize the bowl and refrigerate for 1 day to get a better flavor or 2 hours minimum.
