Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can tuna in water, drained
  • 3 tablespoons fresh scallion, chopped
  • 150 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 slices French bread
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Crush the tuna roughly with a fork. Add the scallion, cheese and lemon juice.
Mix while crushing to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Try, season to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour (may be less, this is so that it is well impregnated with flavor).
Serve the tuna on slices of bread.

TIPS

You can add a little tomato if you want.
