This snack is very versatile, allows you to create endless dishes, and can be easily prepared. It is also very profitable, economical, healthy and very good looking.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 cans Tuna
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 piece onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 drizzle Chinese sauce
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 drizzle oil

Preparation

Wash and disinfect all the ingredients. Drain the tuna cans.
Put eggs, tuna, onion, garlic, cilantro, Chinese sauce, tomatoes and chilies in the blender. Blend very well. Preheat the pan with oil, and drain the liquefied. Season and cook over high heat for 25 minutes moving from time to time to avoid sticking. Remove from heat and serve with toast.

PRESENTATION

Decorate it with a rose made from the skin of the tomato. You can also make figures with the same dish for the kids using carrots to create a kitten or a lion. Finally having the dish you will see that your imagination flows.
