Ingredients

8 servings
  • 6 eggs milkshakes at room temperature
  • 2 canned tuna
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk
  • 3 spoonfuls of fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • 2 potatoes peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 can of sardine

    Preparation

    Mix the eggs, tuna, milk, chopped parsley and sardines (clean), salt and pepper in a large bowl.
    Heat butter and oil in a pan that can enter the oven. Add the egg mixture and the potatoes. Leave to cook until a crust forms on the sides and base. Around 3 minutes.
    Bake at 180 ° C until the center is cooked, 6 to 8 minutes.
    With a spatula, carefully remove the edges and transfer it to a plate.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with parsley leaves.
