To print
Something new for a gathering, serve it as a snack. You can top it with dressing or as a main course with a lettuce salad. Another great idea is to make a small bagel and serve it as a sushi cake.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 cans tuna in water
  • 1 kilo rice, cooked for sushi
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 package double cream, at room temperature

Preparation

Cook the rice, it should be sticky. Peel the cucumbers and remove the center and cut the avocado into slices.
Place a little rice in a round or thread mold, then the tuna and on top the cucumber. Again a layer of rice, avocado and double cream cheese. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Unmold and cut into slices.

PRESENTATION

You can serve the whole thread and have each person cut their piece or serve it in slices.

TIPS

If you want, you can bathe the already disassembled thread with a dressing or vinaigrette, it will give it a good flavor.
