Easy, economical and delicious saucer. This recipe can be used in cases of emergency, or on those Sundays of snack. It is made with tuna and vegetables that we always have in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 cans Tuna
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 5 serrano peppers
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 branch fresh coriander
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 package fried or toasted corn tortilla

Preparation

Finely chop all the ingredients.
Add tuna tins and stir.
Mix the lemon juice and add a little salt.
Serve with toast, you can add a rich chipotle sauce.

PRESENTATION

You can ride on toast, or baked cookies. Put a little more avocado on top so it looks more and decorates with lemon.

TIPS

If you think that lemon is missing you can add more. You can replace the chile serrano chipotle, it tastes great.
