Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 Vienna Capistrano® sausages
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • oils
  • chopsticks
  • ketchup
  • 1/4 cups Chile de árbol pepper, (for the chimichurri sauce)
  • Water, (for the chimichurri sauce)
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise, (for the chimichurri sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (for chimichurri sauce)

Preparation

For the sauce, soak a whole night the tree chiles in water, drain them and blend them with mayonnaise and parsley, reserve.
Roll the Vienna Capistrano® Sausages in the slightly hot tortillas and secure with chopsticks, brown evenly in abundant oil, cut in half and serve with the ketchup and the chimichurri sauce.

TIPS

You can split the banderillas once fried in smaller pieces to boot.
