If what you need is a rich snack, easy to make and quick to prepare, these sausages are your best option, they are slices of sausage with gratin cheese and BBQ sauce to combine and share.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 sausages, jumbo
  • 3 slices manchego cheese
  • 1/4 sticks Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • barbecues sauces

Preparation

Cut the sausages into slices.
Put them in the pan with a few drops of oil.
Once golden brown place the cream cheese cut into small squares.
Remove a little, note how the cream cheese is incorporated into the sausages.
Place the slices of Manchego cheese on top of the sausages.
Once the cheese is au gratin, remove the sausages from the pan and carefully transfer them to a bowl.
Finally add the BBQ sauce on top of the sausages.

PRESENTATION

You can put the chopsticks sausages to be held or forks for each person.

TIPS

If you prefer you can put the sauce aside.
