Ingredients

  • 8 breads for hot dog
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 serrano peppers
  • 500 grams sausage
  • 500 grams bacon
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • chihuahua cheeses, grated to taste
  • cheeses, to spread to taste
  • mayonnaise, to taste

Preparation

First let's start in small squares the onion, tomato, chili and bacon.
Then in a pan put the sausages to heat for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Once you finish the 10 min of the sausages you take them out and put the bacon with salt and pepper without oil, for 5 min.
After 5 minutes, add the onion and the chorizo ​​until the caramelized onion arrives, which is approximately 10 minutes.
