Preparation
First let's start in small squares the onion, tomato, chili and bacon.
Then in a pan put the sausages to heat for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Once you finish the 10 min of the sausages you take them out and put the bacon with salt and pepper without oil, for 5 min.
After 5 minutes, add the onion and the chorizo until the caramelized onion arrives, which is approximately 10 minutes.
Then put the tomato and chili for 5 min, while preparing the bread with mayonnaise and cheese spread and sausages.
To finish nothing else you put the bacon sauce.
