These sausages were prepared by my grandfather, on weekends for family gatherings. They are a little spicy, but with the warmth of the talks and the celebrations, they are a real delicacy.

Preparation
In a pan heat the 4 tbsp. of oil to acitronar the onions for 3 min.
When the onion is transparent, pour the sausages. Fry for 10 min. stirring occasionally.
Add the pickled chilies and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
Spread the oregano over the whole preparation (at this point add the pinch of salt, if desired)
Stir uniformly so that the oregano is incorporated into all the sausages and remove from heat.
Serve hot, accompanied by crackers.
