This recipe for Potato and Sausage Brochettes is very rich, you can serve it as a breakfast for children but it is also a perfect snack for any age.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 potato, large cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 8 sausages, girls

Preparation

Pre warm the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
In a baking tray place the potato strips and cover with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.
Bake potatoes for 35 minutes, with a spatula turn and bake for 20 minutes more.
Remove from the oven. The potatoes should be slightly crispy on the outside.
Make the skewers alternating potatoes and sausages.
