Preparation
Pre warm the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
In a baking tray place the potato strips and cover with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.
Bake potatoes for 35 minutes, with a spatula turn and bake for 20 minutes more.
Remove from the oven. The potatoes should be slightly crispy on the outside.
Make the skewers alternating potatoes and sausages.
