Ingredients

4 portions
  • 16 cambray potatoes, Cooked and drained
  • 16 slices smoked bacon
  • 1/2 cups corn oil
  • 1 pinch salt, and pimenta
  • long sticks

Preparation

Heat the oil in a small saucepan over high heat.
Dry the potatoes perfectly with absorbent paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover each one with a slice of bacon and place a toothpick to avoid dropping the bacon.
Fry in the hot oil until the bacon is crispy.
Remove excess grease with absorbent paper.

PRESENTATION

It can be accompanied with the dip of your preference. You can place 3 chips on each toothpick to form a skewer.

TIPS

To have the healthy version of this delight, bake them for 35 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
