There is no better entry for a delicious meal than a rich flavored butter spread over a handmade bread. Here we present the recipe of three different butters: with cilantro, with chipotle and with pesto. They are exquisite.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package Storeit® Freeze Bags
  • 1 package wax paper, Storeit®
  • 3 sticks butter, 180 gc / u
  • 3/4 cups fresh coriander, chopped (for coriander butter)
  • 3 jalapeno Peppers, finely chopped (for coriander butter)
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped (for coriander butter)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, (for coriander butter)
  • 1 teaspoon tequila, (for coriander butter)
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce , (for chipotle butter)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped (for chipotle butter)
  • 1 tomtato, seedless and cut into small ball cubes (for chipotle butter)
  • 1 tablespoon almond, (for the pesto butter)
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, (for the pesto butter)
  • 1 clove garlic, (for the pesto butter)
  • 1/4 cups basil, (for the pesto butter)

Preparation

For the butter to the Coriander: Mix the onion and the jalapeño. Add the lemon and tequila. Allows them to defile for half an hour and strain the preparation.

For Pesto butter: In a food processor, grind the almonds, cheese, garlic and basil.

PRESENTATION

Serve the butters on a board, accompanied by slices of bread or cookies.

TIPS

If you wish, you can freeze the flavored butters so that they last longer.
