Ingredients

24 portions
  • 1 ramekin, tubular, unicel

  • 1/2 kilos manchego cheese, laminate
  • 10 eggs, cooked, cut in half
  • 1/2 kilos salami
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, in halves
  • 1 carrot, to decorate
  • whole cloves, whole
  • chopsticks, the necessary
  • lettuce, endive

Preparation

In a round tray, place the lettuce leaves in a circular shape as the botanero's bed.
Place the round tubular mold on the botanero.
Decorate according to the image. Use the salami to cover the base of the unicel. Form flowers with ham rolls.
Place more salami on the next base. Click with the chopsticks, place the cooked eggs around the mold. Decorate each egg with 2 nails as if they were eyes and cut the carrot to form peaks and crests.
Make rolls of Manchego cheese to cover the next part of the mold.
At the end place a bed of lettuce, on this rosettes of ham and cherry jitomatitos.
