Ingredients

15 portions
  • 75 grams butter
  • 1 on yeast powder
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 egg
  • 175 milliliters milk, tibia
  • 500 grams flour
  • sesame seeds
  • 10 slices Ham, of your preference
  • 10 slices Gouda cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Make a volcano with the flour, baking powder and salt, incorporate the egg and the yolks. Mix to begin to form the dough, gradually add the warm milk. Continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic, so that it does not stick.
Let it rest until it doubles its size in a warm place.
Divide the dough into two and form two rectangles and brush them with butter place the ham and on top the cheese, half in each one, take care that you do not reach the edges to be able to close it.
Once ready to seal the dough, let stand 25 minutes, varnish with egg and sprinkle with sesame.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the dough looks golden brown.

PRESENTATION

Serve with chilies in vinegar or chipotle mayonnaise.

TIPS

You can make the vegetarian version by changing the ham for mushrooms or eggplant.
