Preparation
Boil the chips with peel in salted water.
When they are soft, drain and chop with a toothpick or a needle, to penetrate the flavors. Heat a pan and add the butter. Fry the garlic taking care not to burn it.
The chips are added and seasoned. Sofrien for 10 minutes.
The valentina sauce is added, this ingredient is to taste. If they do not eat a lot of spice it is recommended to only use between 4 and 5 tablespoons. They are left seasoning and at the end the lemon is added. It is rectified seasoning and removed from the fire.
Serve in a platter and decorate with sticks or skewers of figurines allusive to the occasion. Preferably eat lukewarm because when cooled, the butter becomes solid and unpleasant to the palate.
