I love the Argentine empanadas and I just started looking for recipes from them only at the end of all the recipes I was convinced to put a bit of a recipe and another and this came out.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups of Maseca flour mix
  • 1/2 Cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of Butter
  • 1 teaspoonful of lard
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups of ground beef picadillo type

    Preparation

    In a deep bowl, mix flour, masseca, salt, baking powder and mix.

    Solo dice como se prepara la masa pero y el picadillo se cocina como uno lo quiera hacer, por ejemplo con chile, tomate y cebolla y un poco de cilandro? que rico!! :) o agregandole papitas :)

    Yo hice unas bastante parecidas... Yo hice unas bastante parecidas con la diferencia que las rellené de pollo y la masa que usé era de harina de maíz que ya está lista para hacer empanadas, y lo acompañé con salsa de tomate y picado de repollo.Quedaron deliciosas!!!
