6 portions
  • 150 milliliters Water, for the mass
  • 50 milliliters whipping cream, for the mass
  • 50 milliliters olive oil, for the mass
  • 5 grams salt, for the mass
  • 10 grams yeast, or an envelope, for the dough
  • 400 grams wheat flour, for the mass
  • 1 yellow onion, for pizza
  • 5 star anise, for pizza
  • 200 grams cherry, Northwest, fresh, for pizza
  • brie cheeses, for pizza
  • mozzarella cheese, for pizza
  • salt, for pizza
  • black pepper, for pizza
  • exotic mix
  • 20 grams pinon nuts, for pizza
  • balsamic vinegar reduction, or balsamic cream
  • truffle oils

For the dough: in a blender add the liquid ingredients and the salt, mix for a minute.
Then add the yeast, and mix for another minute. At the end add the flour and liquefy until there is a uniform dough. Remove from the blender and continue kneading.
Put in a bowl with a layer of oil and place on a hot place to ferment.
For the pizza: preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Cut the onion into thin strips. In a pan place olive oil and onion, add star anise and let caramelize.
Bone the cherries, slice the Brie cheese and Mozzarella. Apart remove the stem to the arugula and season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Reserve.
When the dough has doubled in size, knead a little more to remove the air and spread with a rolling pin, to cover a baking sheet. Place the dough on the previously floured tray.
On the dough, arrange the Brie cheese, Mozzarella, cherries and caramelized onions. Put a little exotic mixture, olive oil and finally the pine nuts.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the dough is cooked and lightly browned.
When removing from the oven, place on top the arugula sazonda, balsamic cream and a little bit of truffle oil.

Remember that if the yeast is an envelope, you must "activate" it before introducing it into your mix. Look for the instructions in the box. The "exotic mix" is a mixture of species that you can find in specialized places.
