Preparation
Mix in a bowl the sugar with the vinegar, the soy sauce, a little margarine, water and bring them to the fire.
When you release the first boil, remove from heat.
Fry the bacon until golden brown. Remove the excess fat that came off.
Cut the avocados lengthwise and in half. Remove the bone.
Cut the bacon into small pieces. Serve inside the avocados and bat with the previous sauce.
