Preparation
For the sauce: We cook the tomato and the onion. Once cooked liquefy them together with the chipotle, the garlic and the consommé.
In a mold we mix cooked rice, tuna, onion, celery, garlic, cornstarch and eggs. Reservation.
Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the potatoes to soften.
Add the sauce to the pan and when it boils incorporate the tuna mixture that we previously reserved.
Cook the stew until the liquid is reduced.
