Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. For the filling: Chop the tomatoes, onion, garlic and sauté with salt and pepper. After sautéing the vegetables add the tuna tins and fry them with the tomato, onion and garlic. Let the filling cool, meanwhile stretch the sheets of puff pastry, putting flour down so it does not stick and can handle better. Form rectangles of 13cm x 9cm and fill each one with the mixture of tuna and vegetables. Close by pressing the edges with a fork.
Before putting them in the oven: Beat a yolk and smear the rectangles with a brush. Bake for 25 minutes and check cooking. They must look golden. Let cool inside the oven, they will be ready to be served.
