  • 3 cucumbers, for the cucumber snacks
  • enough Classic liquid Tajín®, for the cucumber snacks
  • enough Classic Tajín®
  • 1 cup jicama, grated, for the cucumber snacks
  • 1 cup carrot, grated, for the cucumber snacks
  • 9 Tamarindo candy, for the apple enchiladas
  • 3 apples, for the apple enchiladas
  • 1/2 pineapples, cut in half moons, for the crazy pineapples
  • enough Tajín® liquid chamoy, for the pineapple snacks
  • 2 kiwis, in cubes, for the skewers
  • 1/2 pineapples, in cubes, for the skewers
  • 1/2 mangos, in cubes, for the skewers
  • 2 tangerines, in segments, for the skewers
  • 1/2 cups strawberry, small, for the skewers
  • 1 cup Churritos cactus sticks , for serving
  • 1 cup salted peanuts, for serving
  • 1 cup Dominican banana, dehydrated, to serve
  • 1 cup vegetable chips, for serving
  • enough Tajín® liquid chipotle, for serving
  • enough lemon juice, for serving


For the pepilocos, peel the cucumbers and cut into 3 equal parts. With the help of a spoon, hollow each part without reaching the bottom. Frost the edges of each cucumber passing through Tajín® classic liquid and then by Tajín® classic. Fill the cucumbers with jicama and grated carrot and reserve.
For enchilada apples, place the tamarind candies in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds. With the help of a rolling pin, spread them to form a powder and cover the apples completely. Sprinkle classic Tajín® and cut into thick slices. Reserve.
Bread the pineapple slices with liquid and classic Tajín® chamoy. Reservation.
Assemble the fruit skewers by inserting kiwi, pineapple or mango, mandarin segments and a strawberry in skewers.
To assemble, on a large platter or tray, arrange the crazy pineapples, continue with the enchilada apples, the pepilocos and in the middle place the banderillas de frutas, cactus churritos , the peanuts, the plantains and vegetable chips . Serve with lemon and classic Tajín®, chipotle and liquid chamoy. Enjoy


Arrange all the snacks in a tray and accompany with lemon and Tajín® sauce in powder and liquid.


Remember that each microwave has different potencies, so when heating the tamarind candy take care that the time is not too much, you only need to soften it.
