This rich snack is ideal for a cold day as it is served hot. The dates are stuffed with goat cheese and rolled in serrano ham.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 30 pieces of boneless date
  • 250 grams of white goat cheese
  • 250 grams of Serrano ham
  • 2 spoonfuls of truffle oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius.
    Fill the dates with the goat cheese.
    Roll each date with a slice of serrano ham and close with a toothpick so that it does not open when baking.
    Place all dates in a baking dish and sprinkle with olive oil and truffle oil.
    Bake for 15 minutes, the important thing is to heat the snack but not brown so that the ham does not cook.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the snack on a wooden board or hot snack plate.

    You can also add walnut to the filling.
