Ingredients

12 portions
  • 30 fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cups Roquefort cheese
  • 4 tablespoons ground bread
  • 1/4 cups parsley, chopped

Preparation

Wash the mushrooms very well and dry them.
Cut the top and chop it,
In the butter fry the chopped stalks, the roquefort cheese, the ground bread, the diced bacon and the pereji.
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture cooked in the butter and put in the oven at 200 C in a greased refractory.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
If they release a lot of juice, serve them without the juice.

TIPS

A trick for fungus to release the juice is to make a cross on the bottom with a knife (not too deep the cut.)
