Preparation
In a deep bowl mix the ground meat, egg, bread crumbs, dill and season with salt and pepper.
You have balls of the mix, you should leave 20.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and brown in the meatballs. Remove from the pan.
Add butter and flour to the pan and mix with a balloon whisk. Add the beef broth and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Return the meatballs to the sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve the meatballs with the sauce or a cranberry jelly or blackberries.
