Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups Chihuahua cheese, grated
  • flour tortillas
  • Mexican sauces, or pico de gallo
  • fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 avocados, mature
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 lemons
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 tomtato, in julianas

Preparation
